mettaStartup Studio is a global venture studio founded in 2022 by Olga Kirillova and Carsten Pfisterer. It mixes AI-native tech, creative craft and tested business-building methods to build companies that grow, and leave the world better than they found them. From its base in Ericeira, Portugal, it works with clients across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. It runs three companies: mettaCofounder, which builds personal brands, offers and sales systems for coaches, consultants and fractional leaders through an agency (mettacofounder.com) and a software tool (mettacofounder.ai); mettaScale, which turns enterprise sales reps into names buyers already know; and mettaEngineer, which rents senior engineers by the month. The founders bring over 25 years combined at adidas and Wayfair and have run 200+ client engagements since 2022.
