What: 6-month 1on1 personal growth journey for entrepreneurs to assess and upgrade life across three core dimensions of Self, Relationships, and Work. A neuroscience-based approach to achieving goals & maintaining a healthy balance across the 6 areas of influence and the 7 levels of energy. Recognized methodologies to make your life and the way you think and feel tangible.
1. Assessment
We start by reviewing and defining the status quo for your life across the 3 before mentioned areas and take you through the Energy Leadership® Index (ELI) assessment, an attitudinal assessment that every CEO should do based on Forbes. A data-driven framework that measures something as intangible as how energized you feel and makes it tangible. We'll also use the SCOPE mobile app (Specific Current Operational Profile of Energy) to assess you across the 6 areas of influence.
2. Goal-Setting
From there we craft a personal AND business development plan with key milestones and a done-for-you time management, mindset boosting, and holistic health plan.
3. Implementation
Your brain has built up old patterns over time and it will take a conscious effort to maintain focus and your new habits. Our coaching sessions will create accountability and allow us to work through any blocks that come up along the way.

What: 3-month 1on1 business coaching accountability journey where we create hyper focus on achieving a big objective and necessary key results along the way using OKRs and the lean framework combined with neuroscience-based coaching to achieve your goals as efficiently as possible.
1. OKR Goal-Setting
We kick off by defining one big business objective and create a roadmap of key results that need to be achieved to get there.
2. Weekly Check-Ins
From there we check in for 45min each week to track progress and coach and brainstorm through any blocks that come up along the way.
